Responsibilities
Manage day‑to‑day logistics for global VILT programs with a focus on accuracy, speed, and consistency
Keep platforms, surveys, and program documentation updated across all internal and external surfaces
Track and manage content updates, marketing materials, and operational changes
Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Training, Content, and Platform partners to unblock workflows and keep initiatives moving
Act as the central connection point between Global Training and Platform teams
Drive alignment by proactively surfacing requirements, risks, blockers, and dependencies
Lead and support multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timelines, owners, and deliverables are clear
Create, refine, and scale operational processes that increase efficiency and reduce friction
Prioritize workstreams, set expectations, and communicate progress to partners and stakeholders
Own the rollout of new processes, tools, and workflows across teams
Support change adoption through clear communication, documentation, training, and ongoing guidance
Request and coordinate translations of training materials to support global teams
Pull data from multiple sources and share insights with teams measuring program performance and learner outcomes
Qualification
Required
Highly organized and execution-focused
Experience managing day-to-day logistics for global VILT programs
Ability to keep platforms, surveys, and program documentation updated
Experience tracking and managing content updates, marketing materials, and operational changes
Ability to work closely with Marketing, Sales, Training, Content, and Platform partners
Experience acting as a central connection point between teams
Ability to drive alignment by surfacing requirements, risks, blockers, and dependencies
Experience leading and supporting multiple initiatives simultaneously
Ability to create, refine, and scale operational processes
Experience prioritizing workstreams and setting expectations
Ability to communicate progress to partners and stakeholders
Experience owning the rollout of new processes, tools, and workflows
Ability to support change adoption through communication, documentation, training, and guidance
Experience coordinating translations of training materials
