Responsibilities
Autonomously deliver key new features for our back-end systems
Improve performance, scalability, maintainability, and flexibility of our back-end systems
Deliver code in an agile team environment
Drive innovation through rapid prototyping and iterative development
Participate in development life cycle activities - design, code, test and release
Qualification
Required
6+ years' experience in Java
Experience leading software engineering teams
Experience creating complex projects, regarding architecture and development
Ability to work independently and with teams
Extensive experience with Service Oriented Architectures
Solid experience with SQL and noSQL database solutions
Experience on tools like Spark, Kafka, and Clickhouse
Familiarity with AWS and Docker
Strong analytical skills
