CDW is seeking an experienced ClearOne Collaboration Engineer to support a short-term professional services engagement focused on the implementation, configuration, and optimization of ClearOne audio and conferencing solutions. This role involves working closely with project leadership and customer stakeholders to ensure a clean and stable deployment.

Responsibilities

Lead the implementation and configuration of ClearOne audio and collaboration solutions

Configure ClearOne DSPs, microphones, speakers, and conferencing endpoints

Integrate ClearOne solutions with existing UC platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom, SIP/H.323 environments, as applicable)

Perform testing, tuning, and validation to ensure optimal audio performance

Troubleshoot audio, network, and interoperability issues during deployment

Collaborate with CDW Project Managers and customer technical teams to meet project milestones

Create and deliver clear technical documentation and basic knowledge transfer at project close

Required

Proven hands-on experience implementing ClearOne audio/conferencing solutions

Strong knowledge of DSP configuration, audio signal flow, and room acoustics fundamentals

Experience with enterprise conferencing and collaboration environments

Working knowledge of IP networking concepts relevant to AV (VLANs, QoS, PoE, multicast)

Ability to operate independently in a remote, consulting-based engagement

Strong communication skills and customer-facing professionalism

Preferred

Prior experience in a professional services or consulting role

Experience supporting healthcare, enterprise, or large commercial environments

Familiarity with UC platforms such as Microsoft Teams Rooms or Zoom Rooms

AV-related certifications (ClearOne, CTS, CTS-D, or similar)
