Responsibilities
Schedule appointments, interviews and meetings
Perform payroll and benefit tasks
Onboard new employees
Approve time off and ensure there is proper coverage throughout departments
Submit online job postings, shortlist candidates and schedule job interviews
Coordinate orientation and training sessions for new employees
Prepare documents and correspondence
Assist managers and employees in resolving conflict
Review and assist managers with performance evaluations
Assist employees with understanding benefit plans
Implement programs to improve employee morale
Coordinate travel for employees
Assist with daily accounting tasks
Assist with preparing annual training conferences
Keep employee handbook up-to-date
Know company policies and be able to communicate them to employees
Qualification
Required
Friendly, polite, and professional
Maintain confidentiality
Effective HR administration and people management skills
2-3 years of relevant experience in an office environment
Ability to stay calm while recording complaints and dealing with other stressful situations
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Computer knowledge especially spreadsheets
Strong attendance history and punctuality
Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail
Good typing and data entry skills
Familiarity with HR and Payroll software
