Senior Account Manager - Semiconductor
Cinter Career is seeking a Senior Account Manager for their Semiconductor division. The role involves developing and executing account strategies, managing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Engages with customers, identifies needs/opportunities, and positions semiconductor components as critical solutions
Prioritize opportunities, create and present business cases for project approval, model business scenarios
Develops and executes product/account strategy for assigned customer accounts to grow revenue, profitability, and market share
Prepares and delivers strategic business reviews, supports technical discussions, and sales information tailored to customer stakeholders
Secures and negotiates contracts, agreements, and long-term commitments
Collaborates with different organizations within the company (business development, engineering, marketing, support, QA, etc) to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment with corporate objectives
Manage all aspects of customer relationship
Serve as escalation point for customer issues including but not limited to delivery schedules, inventory levels, quality, business processes, etc
Identifies incremental revenue opportunities through aftermarket sales, service parts, and global expansion
Qualification
Required
10+ years' experience in the semiconductor or high-tech industry, with at least 3 years managing strategic OEM accounts
Managerial experience providing successful delegation, monitoring, and motivation of employees and supervisory personnel (both direct or indirect)
Experience in technical sales, business development, marketing and/or supply chain in semiconductor or capital equipment industries
Demonstrated success in growing and managing multi-million-dollar OEM accounts
Proven ability to negotiate complex contracts and secure design wins
Understanding of the semiconductor industry and experience in managing strategic accounts
Skills in negotiation, communication, and presentation to effectively engage with stakeholders
Proficiency in strategic planning, forecasting, business development, and solution selling
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical capabilities
Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams and manage priorities effectively
Knowledge of semiconductor components, capital equipment, and tool integration
Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and support business objectives
Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects in a fast-paced matrixed environment
Ability to create and present to Executive-level and possess negotiation skills
Ability to align account strategies with corporate goals
