Required

Proficiency in problem-solving and a results-oriented approach to operations management
Flexibility, leadership experience, and a professional demeanor
Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities
Preferred
Experience in the hospitality industry and familiarity with property management systems is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required
