Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Customer Service Representative with hands-on experience in cabinetry, woodworking, or woodmill operations. The role involves supporting customers and internal teams by providing product information, assisting with orders, and ensuring timely communication.

Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for customers, dealers, and contractors
Provide detailed product information and guidance related to cabinetry, wood species, finishes, measurements, and installation
Assist customers with order entry, quotes, product availability, and lead times
Resolve issues related to orders, shipments, warranties, and product quality
Collaborate with production, design, and logistics teams to track orders and ensure on‑time delivery
Interpret cabinet layouts, shop drawings, or cut sheets (experience helpful but not required)
Maintain accurate records within CRM and order‑management systems
Provide professional, timely communication via phone, email, and in person

Qualification

Required

1–3 years of experience in cabinetry, woodworking, millwork, or a wood manufacturing environment
Customer service or administrative support experience in a production or trade environment

Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
Ability to read basic measurements; familiarity with drawings or diagrams is a plus
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with frequent deadlines
Proficiency with computers, CRM systems, and order‑entry platforms

Preferred

Experience working with custom cabinetry or semi‑custom lines
Knowledge of construction terminology or home‑remodeling workflows
Ability to interpret engineering or design documents
Experience coordinating with installers, builders, or production staff
