They are seeking a Sr. Business Litigation Attorney to manage complex commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution, providing expert legal counsel and courtroom representation.

Responsibilities
Develop litigation strategies for intricate business disputes, including breach of contract, partnership conflicts, and regulatory matters
Act as a trusted advisor to corporate clients, providing clear guidance on risk assessment and litigation options
Lead or support trials, hearings, and depositions, ensuring meticulous preparation and persuasive advocacy
Prepare motions, briefs, and other substantive filings with precision and creativity
Mentor junior attorneys and collaborate with paralegals to ensure efficient case progression
Assist in maintaining and expanding client relationships through exceptional service and strategic insight
Provide expert legal counsel in matters of business and commercial litigation
Prepare and manage legal documents related to business transactions and cases
Represent the company in court proceedings, mediations, and other legal forums
Advise on risk management strategies and ensure compliance with current laws and regulations
Collaborate closely with other departments to align legal strategies with company objectives
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience in commercial litigation
Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
Proficiency in managing various stakeholders and working collaboratively across teams
Strong understanding of business law and corporate legal practices
Demonstrated ability to handle high pressure situations with legal acumen
