Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Enter invoices, payments, and receipts accurately
Assist with account reconciliations under supervision
Prepare supporting documents for month-end close
Maintain organized accounting records and files
Provide basic administrative support related to accounting
Communicate with internal teams in Japanese and English as needed
Qualification
Required
Japanese–English bilingual (spoken and written)
Experience with AP/AR or accounting clerical work
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office
