Responsibilities
Assist in supporting senior project managers in all phases of commercial real estate process, from design to construction and relocation
Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, provide updates and ensure smooth communication throughout the project lifecycle
Participate in design meetings, track changes and ensure alignment between client goals and project deliverables
Create reports and spreadsheets by obtaining, compiling and organizing data
Maintain and organize project documentation, including contracts, schedules and status reports
Track and analyze financial data specific to projects
Participate in projects led by our Lease Administration team, gaining insights into lease management, compliance, and administration
Learn about transaction management team through sessions led by senior level management
Explore data analytics within the context of real estate, helping identify trends and optimization opportunities in the site selection process
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in real estate, finance, business, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
A keen interest in commercial real estate and a strong desire to learn and grow in the industry
Ability to work in the Washington, DC office
