Responsibilities
Coordinates and directs administrative support for the office
May support management with advanced administrative support
Performs a variety of administrative/supervisory duties, such as providing direct support to a Sr. Level Executive, assigning and managing work of other clerical employees, interpreting policies and making day to day business decisions, and creating and maintaining reports to ensure the smooth daily operations of the office
Ability to handle sensitive information concerning the practice plan, Sr. Level Executives, the Board of Trustees, etc
Requires a thorough working knowledge of and adherence to company policies and practices
Promote and foster a team-based work environment, maintain a positive and professional disposition, demonstrate flexible and efficient time management with ability to prioritize workload, work well under pressure and handle stress; and other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university
Five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Accurate typing and data entry skills
Excellent organization skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Working knowledge of software used by department
Advanced proficiency in MSOffice (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook) is a must
Working knowledge of internet research tools
Must be self-motivated, self-started, able to make decisions independently as well as work effectively in a team environment
Strong editing skills
