Sales Director

Endura Services is the country’s leading provider of chimney, hearth, and home safety services, and they are seeking a highly driven Sales Director to lead their sales team. The Sales Director will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and driving revenue growth through training and accountability.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies that align with company revenue goals
Manage and mentor a sales team, with a strong emphasis on training, development, and accountability
Build, implement, and continually improve a scalable sales training program for new and existing team members
Conduct regular training sessions, ride-alongs, performance reviews, and skills assessments
Identify new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and partner markets
Maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and industry partners
Analyze sales metrics and provide detailed performance reports to leadership
Collaborate with marketing and operations to support lead generation, customer satisfaction, and workflow efficiency
Lead team meetings, set performance expectations, and foster a positive, goal-oriented culture
Stay informed of market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive advantage
Travel 50–75% to visit branches, sales teams, markets, and industry events

Required

Proven experience as a Sales Director, Sales Manager, or comparable leadership role—preferably in a home-services, construction, or chimney/fireplace-related industry
Strong leadership and coaching abilities with a passion for developing people
Demonstrated success building or scaling training programs
Experience with Sales processes implementations
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities
Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred

Home-service sales experience is a significant plus
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted
