Human Resources Assistant-San Luis Obispo -On Site
Central Coast Home Health & Hospice is a locally owned and operated organization with an outstanding reputation throughout San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara counties. They are seeking a Full-Time Human Resources Assistant to join their team, offering an opportunity to build a career in Human Resources while supporting various HR functions.
Health Care
Responsibilities
Maintain and track employee information to ensure compliance
Support recruiting efforts including advertising, reference checks, and interview coordination
Coordinate onboarding and new hire orientation processes
Assist with employee engagement initiatives, appreciation events, and company-wide activities for our 500+ employees
Provide general administrative support and assist with special HR projects as needed
Qualification
Required
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and various web-based programs
Education and/or experience in Human Resources strongly preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, customer-focused approach
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
