Compliance Partner

Responsibilities
Maintain and sustain the compliance program operational effectiveness and implement corrective interventions as needed for our healthcare systems; to include collaboration with various leaders across the health system as needed process changes are identified. Provide consultative communication, feedback and decision-making to ensure the compliance team and department leaders are focused, committed and capable of producing expected results. Facilitate coordination of other regulatory activities as deemed necessary that may include, but are not limited to, Texas OIG, TMPH, Medicaid, etc
Oversee the overall compliance program effectiveness and ensure that established strategic goals are met
Provide and direct ongoing communication of regulatory standards to all level of constituents across Children's Health with emphasis on functional importance of regulatory compliance while remaining focused on compliance effectiveness while striving towards sustainability
In collaboration with the Sr. Director, participate in and represent divisional activities in various designated health system committee(s) and task teams with primary responsibility of directing compliance functionality across the system
Qualification
Required
At least 7 years Compliance experience in hospital or system setting
Comprehensive knowledge of compliance program operations
Four-year Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Graduate or professional work or advanced degree; or equivalent experience
Preferred
At least 3 years Supervisory experience in a hospital
Healthcare Compliance or equivalent Compliance Certification (ex. CHC, CHRC, CHPC, CHC-F, or CCEP) within 2 years of hire date
