Responsibilities
Research and evaluate on new AI/GenAI tools and provide recommendations for AI based Bank operation use cases
Collaborate with the team to design, develop, and maintain Finance and HR related solutions
Assist product owners in gathering and documenting business and technical requirements
Analyze product features, workflows, and system integrations within banking and finance platforms
Support Agile processes such as backlog grooming, user story creation, and acceptance criteria definition
Participate in sprint ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, reviews, retrospectives)
Qualification
Required
Current undergraduate rising Junior or Senior enrolled in an accredited college or university who is pursuing a degree in related field and has an interest in the banking/financial services industry
Resourceful, enthusiastic, and proactive
Highly organized
Demonstrated strong attention to detail
Experience creating and delivering presentations
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Ability to learn quickly and solve problems
Strong analytical skills
Collaborative and inclusive team player
Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Legally eligible to work in the U.S
