Responsibilities

Develop and enforce program baselines, overseeing risk, opportunity, and Earned Value management to ensure cost‑schedule performance
Coordinate capture‑phase activities for aircraft development, weapon integration, flight test, production, sustainment, and spares & repairs BOAs
Prepare and manage proposals, crafting work statements that satisfy unique customer requirements and support Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Direct Commercial Sale (DCS) decisions
Lead subcontractor and Lockheed Martin partner engagements to capture new business opportunities and maintain contract compliance
Collaborate daily with Capture/Execution Program Managers to plan, monitor, and execute program activities that achieve 100 % on‑time delivery

Required

Bachelor's degree or higher
Aircraft Production, Sustainment, or Development Program Experience
Experience defining program requirements to meet customer needs (SOW/SSOW Development)
Technical experience
Active Secret Clearance

Preferred

Master's Degree
Program/Project management experience and/or training
Foreign Military Sales or Commercial Program Experience
EVMS Experience
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
Ability to interface and interact with all levels of organization
Working knowledge of SAP & Supply Chain Management Processes
