Responsibilities
Play a critical part in shaping and developing advanced decision support tools that enhance operational efficiency and influence decision-making across multiple levels of leadership
Collaborate with business owners to understand complex problems, design, develop and deploy solutions
Lead and take ownership of technical projects in a fast-paced environment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, or a comparable quantitative field
Superb background in modeling, optimization and algorithms
Minimum of 7 years of post-degree professional experience in end-to-end design, development and implementation of complex applications - from prototypes to production
5+ years of experience in Airline Operations Research
Excellent technical and programming skills
Outstanding problem-solving, analytical, verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and prioritizations skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively
Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data
Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles
Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States
Preferred
M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Aerospace Engineering, Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, or a comparable quantitative field
Experience in crew operations and technologies
A strong foundation in Data Science and Machine Learning
