Richmond American Homes is a proud builder under Sekisui House, a global leader in homebuilding. They are seeking a professional Sales Manager to drive sales volume, manage sales teams, and conduct training and performance evaluations.

Responsibilities

Sales Associates will learn from the Sales Manager to make profitable sales and communicate Sekisui House U.S. Inc.’s value proposition in accordance with the company’s vision
This role will partner with the Director of Sales and National Sales Leadership to increase sales opportunities and positively impact market share through customer interaction, data analysis, professional relationships with the Realtor community and extensive “in the field” presence for the sales staff
You will also play a critical role in new talent acquisition and selection by constantly sourcing prospective candidates to join the Sekisui House U.S. Inc. sales team

Demonstrated Leadership
Understanding of key metrics that drive a successful sales team
College degree or equivalent professional work experience
Thorough knowledge of managing a Sales team
Excellent communication skills
Excellent computer skills

Preferred

New Home sales management experience is preferred but other related industries may be considered
