Mid LevelFire Protection Services, LLC is seeking an Inside Sales Support Specialist to support our Sales Team and customers across our commercial fire and life safety business. This role helps drive revenue growth while ensuring customers receive timely, accurate, and professional service.

Responsibilities
Support day‑to‑day sales operations and follow‑up
Respond to customer inquiries and schedule service appointments
Meet daily outbound activity goals (calls, emails, follow‑ups)
Compile and manage sales leads and CRM data
Track sales activity and assist with reporting
Coordinate repair opportunities with internal teams
Maintain accurate customer and sales records
Support outside sales efforts as needed
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Customer‑focused with strong problem‑solving abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Preferred
Sales support, customer service, or inside sales experience preferred
Comfort working with CRM and sales tools
