Sales Executive - Advertising & Marketing Agency

Responsibilities
Identify, pursue, and secure new business partnerships for the agency
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to proposal development and closing
Conduct needs analyses and present strategic advertising and marketing recommendations tailored to client goals
Collaborate with internal teams on campaign development, execution, and optimization
Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and sales documentation
Represent Hometown Media Services at industry and community events
Grow, nurture, and retain client relationships through strong communication and results delivery
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of successful media or agency B2B sales experience
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals
Expertise in traditional media sales (TV, radio, print, OOH), with digital knowledge a strong plus
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in both independent and team-driven environments
Preferred
Strong portfolio of existing business relationships in Utah
