Qualification
Required
A driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to succeed
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Motivation, determination, and coachability
Ability to pass a background check
High school diploma or equivalent
Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty and Life Insurance licenses (training and support provided)
