Responsibilities
Lead the functional design, delivery, and implementation of two concurrent Salesforce Sales Cloud projects, ensuring projects meet organizational goals and milestones
Collaborate with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to gather and translate requirements into user stories, driving effective Agile delivery
Oversee the configuration, customization, and integration of Sales Cloud features (Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts, Forecasting, etc.) with other enterprise systems
Guide story mapping, backlog creation, and Agile ceremonies to maintain alignment with Salesforce best practices and technical requirements
Apply technical expertise in Salesforce automation, security, and reporting to support robust solution design and resolve issues
Foster user adoption through documentation, training, change management, and continuous process improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Lead the functional design, delivery, and implementation of two concurrent Salesforce Sales Cloud projects, ensuring projects meet organizational goals and milestones
Collaborate with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to gather and translate requirements into user stories, driving effective Agile delivery
Oversee the configuration, customization, and integration of Sales Cloud features (Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts, Forecasting, etc.) with other enterprise systems
Guide story mapping, backlog creation, and Agile ceremonies to maintain alignment with Salesforce best practices and technical requirements

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Ability to travel 20 - 30%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred
Experience designing and optimizing Salesforce Sales Cloud dashboards and reports to support advanced business analytics and executive decision-making
Proven ability to lead Salesforce integration projects with ERP, marketing, or legacy systems, ensuring seamless data migration and cross-platform process alignment
