Responsibilities

Develops engaging content for digital and print channels, including newsletters, websites, social media, internal communications, and collateral, ensuring alignment with Adventist Health’s brand voice and tone
Collaborates with marketing and communications and clinical teams to identify and tell impactful stories that support strategic initiatives and deepen stakeholder connection
Supports the execution of content strategy by managing editorial calendars, adapting content for various platforms, and ensuring timely delivery within an omnichannel strategy. Assists in tracking content performance and engagement metrics, contributing insights to optimize future content development and storytelling approaches
Plans promotions and events that engage internal and external audiences
Demonstrates flexibility and responsiveness to evolving organizational needs working environment
Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Required

Associate's/Technical Degree in communications, journalism, marketing, english, or related field or equivalent combination of education/related experience
Valid Driver's License (DL) and must be at least 21 yrs of age or older

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree in communications, journalism, marketing, english, or related field
Three years' related experience in content development, marketing, or communications
Experience in healthcare or a mission-driven organization

Benefits

Additional individual compensation may be available for this role through differentials, extra shift incentives, bonuses, etc.
Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package, and a comprehensive benefits program is available for qualifying positions.
