New Grad, Entry LevelHercules First Federal Credit Union is looking for a smart, fun, and outgoing individual to join our Fabulous Team! The Member Service Representative will provide excellent service to members, handle transactions efficiently, and assist with cross-selling products and services.

Responsibilities
Providing great service to members and potential members
Assumes responsibility for the efficient, effective, and accurate performance of member service functions
Recognize member needs and cross sell products and services
Balance cash drawer
Accurately and efficiently process transactions in accordance with established policies
Actively participate and complete product knowledge courses
Perform other duties as assigned
The occasional desire to bring treats to share with staff
Qualification
Required
Entry-level experience
Passion for helping others
Understanding of what great member service means
Courtesy, tact, diplomacy, and strong communication skills
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations
Good with detail and ability to deal with confidential information
Friendly and welcoming personality

Ability to make conversation with others
Understanding of how to maintain a professional, yet lighthearted environment
Professional appearance and dress
High School Diploma or equivalent
Good math skills
Ability to operate related computer applications and other business equipment including a calculator, copy machine, coin and money counting machines, and telephone
