Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounts receivable and collections activities across multiple Metro Elevator divisions
Monitor aging reports and proactively pursue past-due balances through consistent, professional follow-up
Communicate confidently and professionally with customers regarding invoices, payment status, and billing questions
Navigate and assist with dispute resolution by coordinating with internal teams and customers
Partner with division leadership and finance to escalate collection challenges when appropriate
Post customer payments and assist with accurate cash application
Reconcile customer accounts and identify discrepancies or unapplied balances
Maintain clear, detailed documentation of collection activity and customer communications
Prepare customer account histories for escalation as needed
Qualification
Required

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems; quick to learn new tools and software
Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with finance and operations leadership
