Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals
Facilitate Agile Scrum processes to promote collaboration and efficient workflows within project teams
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets to track progress and performance
Utilize Atlassian tools, including Jira, to manage project tasks, track issues, and streamline communication
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables
Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success
Prepare and present detailed reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress and addressing concerns
Oversee project documentation, ensuring all materials are up-to-date and accessible
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of project deliverables
Promote adherence to project management best practices and organizational standards
Qualification
Required
Strong leadership capabilities
Deep understanding of Agile methodologies
Expertise in managing complex projects
Ability to lead and manage IT projects from initiation to completion
Facilitate Agile Scrum processes
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
