Responsibilities
Collaborate with the management team to deliver financial analyses and actionable recommendations that support business improvement initiatives
Cultivate a customer-focused mindset within teams, fostering cross-functional partnerships to optimize service delivery
Strengthen the finance and IT departments by recruiting top talent, providing leadership development, and promoting a culture of performance and innovation
Develop and implement pricing strategies in partnership with senior management to enhance the company’s financial outcomes
Monitor and analyze market trends to assess their impact on product demand, pricing strategies, and costs related to materials and labor
Oversee the preparation and management of annual budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Lead month-end closing processes while maintaining accuracy and adherence to financial reporting standards
Drive effective cash flow forecasting and cost control measures to maintain financial stability
Ensure compliance with GAAP and US GAAP accounting principles in all financial activities
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience in financial leadership roles, preferably in a VP or Director capacity
Proven expertise in annual budgeting, month-end closing, and financial reporting
Strong understanding of cash flow forecasting and cost control processes
Advanced knowledge of GAAP and US GAAP accounting standards
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic pricing models
Exceptional leadership and team development skills with a focus on fostering innovation
Preferred
CPA certification is highly preferred
MBA or equivalent advanced degree is strongly desired
