Design novel computer vision architectures and multi-modal systems from the ground up
Own the entire R&D lifecycle—from theoretical research and experiment design to productionizing complex LLM agents and RAG workflows handling massive amounts of real-world data
Qualification
Required
Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and Hugging Face
A proven track record of architecting, fine-tuning, or training novel models for CV or multi-modal tasks
A rigorous theoretical ML background, ideally supported by a Master's or PhD and publications in top AI/ML conferences (CVPR, NeurIPS, etc.)
Experience building robust data pipelines and running production experiments (blue-green deployments) on AWS or Google Cloud
3-5+ years of industry research experience (or 1-3 years with a PhD)
Previous experience at foundation model companies or high-growth AI startups is highly prioritized
