Responsibilities
You’ll run sales calls set by technicians and customers calling in for estimates
You’ll act as a project manager for customers
You’ll work closely with the various parts of our plumbing team
You’ll take detailed notes and keep up with communication
Qualification
Required
2+ years of proven success in selling direct to homeowners via in-home presentation
Valid local driver's license with insurable driving record
Acceptable criminal background record
Abstinence from drugs with clean drug screening results
Strong sales, customer service, and closing skills
Exceptional communication/interpersonal skills
Assertive and confident personality
Ability to exercise independent judgment and make appropriate decisions
Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks accurately
Commitment to company values
Ability to climb into and through attics and crawl spaces
Ability to set toilets and operate a drain camera
Ability to work outside and in extreme temperatures
Basic computer skills
Reliable & punctual attendance
Ability to be flexible in working a variable schedule including evenings and rotational weekends
Fluent ability to speak, read, and write in the English language
Preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude
Highly preferred prior knowledge related to home construction, plumbing, and general mechanics
High School Diploma/G.E.D., or college degree preferred
Ability to speak, read, and write in the Spanish language
