President / Chief Revenue & Growth Officer (CRO/CGO Hybrid)

The company seeks a co-founder partner to operationalize and scale its revenue generation engine across MSP, SaaS-aligned services, and consulting offerings.

Responsibilities
Build and execute a comprehensive revenue strategy aligned to Tailwind’s offerings and market opportunity
Own go-to-market operations — sales, marketing alignment, partnerships, pricing, and forecasting
Design and scale sales infrastructure (playbooks, pipeline, forecasting, CRM discipline)
Lead partner development — vendor alliances, channel relationships, referral networks
Drive new client acquisition and partner with customer success to maximize retention and expansion
Recruit and mentor high-performing revenue teams
Qualification
Required
Arizona residency and local engagement; remote/nomadic arrangements will not be considered
Proven revenue leadership in MSP, SaaS, consulting, or technology services
Track record building scalable revenue operations and predictable pipelines
Executive-level experience with sales, marketing, or business development leadership
Experience with subscription, recurring revenue, or professional services business models
Extensive network with technology leaders, channel partners, and enterprise prospects. Networking must be demonstrable (introduced relationships or closed partnerships)
Startup, scale-up, or founder mindset; comfortable with autonomy, iteration, and accountability
Strong analytical capabilities and comfort with data-driven decision making
Use of AI tools and resources
