Career Services Coordinator

Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage recruiting activities for client companies from intake to placement
Independently identify, approach, and engage qualified candidates through active sourcing
Conduct initial candidate screenings and manage interview and evaluation processes
Ensure strong alignment between candidate profiles and client requirements
Maintain applicant tracking systems, documentation, and reporting
Advise client companies on talent acquisition strategies and local hiring practices
Serve as a primary point of contact for companies seeking talent and workforce-related services
Engage with companies on an individual basis to discuss their needs and identify potential areas of collaboration
Manage and maintain client relationships through structured CRM processes
Support preparation of client briefings, service proposals, and presentations
Contribute to the continuous development of client portfolios and service offerings
Advise companies on U.S. market entry matters, including workforce planning, HR structures, and local business practices
Support client companies after initial inquiries through tailored consulting and project coordination
Conduct market research and prepare reports related to labor market trends and location factors
Assist with project documentation, timelines, and internal coordination
Support delegations, client visits, and consulting-related events
Support J-1 visa sponsorship processes and Global Mobility services, including coordination with sponsors and external partners
Guide companies and candidates through relocation, onboarding, and compliance-related matters
Contribute to the development and expansion of career services offerings
Support international talent programs and exchange initiatives
Coordinate logistics, vendors, and internal stakeholders across recruiting, consulting, and mobility projects
Continuously expand and refine the career services portfolio in line with market developments and client requirements
Support workforce development initiatives, client events, and special projects
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, International Relations, or a related field
Fluent German and English language skills (written and verbal)
Experience in recruiting, HR, or business development
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Professional demeanor and service-oriented mindset
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to coordinate multiple priorities in an international environment
Preferred
Exposure to consulting or workforce development topics
Knowledge of international or transatlantic talent markets
Experience in multicultural or international business environments
Background in sales, client engagement, or business development
