Responsibilities
Oversee and manage daily activities of hardware fabrication technical staff to keep projects on schedule and within budget
Implement and manage quality assurance protocols to maintain high standards of technical work and product output
Mentor and train new technical staff, providing guidance on company procedures and project‑specific tasks
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues that arise during project execution
Develop, monitor, and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all technical staff
Qualification
Required
Must be a U.S. citizen
Ability to obtain a secret clearance
Deep expertise in hardware fabrication processes
Experience leading a fabrication crew
Ability to manage daily activities of hardware fabrication technical staff
Implement and manage quality assurance protocols
Mentor and train new technical staff
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
Develop, monitor, and enforce safety protocols
Preferred
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate orally, in writing, and in group settings as a member or leader
Interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with technical, non-technical, and business staff at all levels
