Responsibilities

Provide full life cycle recruiting from sourcing to offer acceptance
Source, evaluate, interview, network, and hire top tier talent
Build and maintain a network of candidates through proactive sourcing efforts and ongoing relationship management
Be a talent advisor to hiring managers and cross-functional partners by developing strong relationships
Help manage and create a flawless candidate experience through prompt follow-up and communication with candidates throughout the candidate lifecycle
Act as a SME and champion of the Phenom talent platform

Required

5+ years of TA experience in a fast-paced high-growth environment
Full-cycle recruiting experience including but not limited to networking, sourcing, and hiring diverse talent
Experience recruiting Sales, Corporate roles & others as needed
Experiencing managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and hiring manager requests with a sense of urgency
Ability to utilize recruitment and HR technology tools such as CRM, Applicant Tracking Systems, Linkedin/ social media, resume database, internet sourcing tools, etc
Bachelor's degree or related work experience

Preferred

Global recruiting experience would be an asset
