Responsibilities
Serve as the primary administrator for the Smartsheet platform, managing access, security, and user support
Oversee and optimize Smartsheet integrations with third-party applications like Jira
Develop and enforce best practices for Smartsheet use within the organization, including naming conventions and governance standards
Create and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports to support strategic decision-making across projects
Offer training and support to Smartsheet users, ensuring best practices and efficient use of the platform
Qualification
Required
Proven expertise in Smartsheet administration and integrations
Proficient in creating complex dashboards and reports
Strong communication skills, capable of training and supporting team members
Experience in IT or project management domains, particularly within environments that adopt Lean and Agile methodologies
