Responsibilities
Driving day-to-day interaction with plan coordinators by supporting their completion of Business Continuity initiatives
Following up on open tasks and Business Continuity initiatives across the organization
Supporting Enterprise Resilience Office programs by educating employees on Business Continuity program initiatives, processes, and the use of the Business Continuity planning system (Fusion Framework System)
Supporting the Enterprise Resilience Office by assisting with data integrity reviews and ensuring quality data being captured and used within the planning system (Fusion Framework System)
Performing governance activities for the Business Continuity Program, such as providing expert review on submitted strategies and plans
Perform as a resource and contact for plan coordinators when completing the risk assessment, business impact analyses, and business continuity plans deliverables
Provides support to Lines of Business in planning for, executing, and capturing results of any business continuity plan exercises or activations
Support ERO Team members during business disruptions, as needed
Work collaboratively and under pressure to meet deadlines
Performs other duties as assigned
The role is also accountable for managing risk by: Openly exchanging ideas and concerns. Identify and recommend risk reduction ideas. Adhering to established policies and procedures. Acting with integrity to ensure decisions and behaviors foster a positive culture and customer experience
Qualification
Required
Adaptability to work with New Systems (comfortable learning new systems and rolling up sleeves to accomplish)
Analytic & Data Management (comparison, validation)
Fusion Framework System and/or Salesforce experience
Microsoft Excel (Intermediate Level-manipulate data, pivot tables, and formulas)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Educational Requirement: College degree or equivalent experience, preferably in IT, Business Operations, Logistics, Emergency Response, or Event Planning
Ability to build upon Enterprise Resilience knowledge and pass knowledge on to others to broaden team scope of Enterprise Resilience, enhancing overall Bancorp resilience
Demonstrated organizational, leadership and facilitation skills
Team-oriented and flexible, adaptable to virtual team environment
Views learning as an ongoing effective means to drive performance
Proficient in most Windows Office based technologies and software programs
Preferred

Proactive Mindset (take initiative, solve problems, demonstrate ownership)
Strong Communication Skills (Verbal and Written)
Previously worked or studied within the practice of operational resilience, emergency management, business continuity, or disaster recovery
Previously worked within a Financial Institution, or other heavily regulated industry
