Responsibilities
Assist in designing, building, and launching end-to-end predictive modeling processes utilizing advanced statistical techniques to support pricing initiatives
Leverage AWS SageMaker to operationalize models to automate, monitor model performance and drift, and enable rapid model retraining and refresh
Proactively collaborate with stakeholders and partners to address emerging issues in a timely and constructive manner. Communicate findings to diverse audiences, including technical and non-technical
Monitor model performance, perform root-cause analysis, and iterate on solutions to enhance business outcomes
Produce meaningful observations and recommendations through synthesizing data from internal and external sources
Incorporate Artificial Intelligence into your daily work to drive innovation, insights, and speed-to-market
Qualification
Required
PhD in Mathematics or Statistics required (2026 spring graduates welcome to apply)
Broad thinker with the ability to synthesize information from various sources and apply that information to concrete business problems
Hands-on modeling experience and a deep understanding of predictive modeling, data mining and other quantitative and research analytics (Multivariate Analysis, Bayesian Methods, Generalized Linear Models, Generalized Additive Models, Decision Trees, Non- Parametric estimation, Machine learning techniques etc.)
Strong programming ability in Python, SQL, and R, including experience building code and algorithms to tackle statistical problems
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Preferred
Preferred experience using cloud environments and tools, including AWS SageMaker and GIT
Preferred solid understanding of database principles and experience working with large databases
