LHH is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support executive leadership and manage day-to-day operational tasks. This role involves providing executive support, managing inventory, and assisting with basic graphic design tasks.

Responsibilities

Provide executive support to the Chief Officer, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting logistics

Manage inventory and coordinate shipping of materials to regional offices and events

Maintain organized digital files, photo libraries, and collateral

Liaise with Accounts Payable and process vendor invoices

Track and update records from returned mail

Support the upkeep of the organization’s online store

Assist with basic graphic design tasks and updates to internal and external materials

Qualification

Required

3–5 years of experience in administrative or office support roles

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and internet tools

Professional, dependable, and able to work independently and collaboratively

Preferred

Familiarity with WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and media management platforms (a plus)

Basic graphic design skills (preferred)

Experience with project management tools like Asana (a plus)
