Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer

They are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the CEO, managing priorities, communications, and administrative tasks with precision.

Responsibilities
Managing and optimizing the CEO’s calendar, scheduling, and daily workflow
Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and tracking follow-ups
Handling internal and external correspondence on behalf of the CEO
Preparing and reconciling expense reports
Supporting administrative and operational tasks tied to executive priorities
Serving as a trusted gatekeeper, maintaining strict confidentiality
Improving executive efficiency and organizational flow
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support
Strong skills in calendar/diary management and expense reporting
Experience managing multiple priorities with strong time management
Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Proficiency with office tools, including scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
