Responsibilities

Oversee the design, build, and maintenance of AV systems for various large spaces, working with external consultants and integrators
Conduct R&D on new technologies, including AI, to develop and test innovative designs and proofs of concept
Collaborate closely with the project management team during the design and build phases
Own all project documentation, including runbooks and process documents
Provide rapid Tier 3 support by troubleshooting and fixing global system issues
Manage relationships with vendors and manufacturers to coordinate installations, repairs, and sourcing of new equipment
Work with IT security and network teams to assess risks associated with new infrastructure designs
Communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional partners within the larger organization

Required

10+ years experience in AV system design, integration and implementation
Experience with AV control systems and UIs
MUST HAVE: Qsys programming and commissioning (required control, UCI and DSP programming and troubleshooting capability, Camera tracking experience a plus) CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
Extensive knowledge of digital signal processing systems (QSC, Biamp, Yamaha etc..)
Functional knowledge of Dante networked audio routing and configuration
Zoom Rooms as a VC platform (commissioning, administration, testing and troubleshooting)
