Responsibilities

Maintain, review, and ensure completeness and inspection readiness of the Trial Master File (TMF/eTMF)
Manage clinical trial documentation using Veeva Vault, including filing, QC, and reconciliation activities
Support clinical trial start-up, conduct, and close-out activities
Assist with regulatory and ethics submissions (IRB/IEC) and essential document collection
Coordinate with clinical sites, vendors, CROs, and internal study teams
Track study timelines, deliverables, and action items
Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and minutes for study team meetings
Support audit and inspection readiness activities as needed
Ensure compliance with GCP, SOPs, and applicable regulatory requirements

Required

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
3–5 years of experience in a Clinical Trial Associate or similar clinical operations role
Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault (eTMF)
Strong working knowledge of TMF management and clinical documentation
Prior experience supporting ophthalmology clinical trials
Solid understanding of clinical trial processes and GCP
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

Experience working with sponsors or CROs
Familiarity with additional clinical systems (CTMS, EDC, tracking tools)
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
