Fendi is a luxury fashion brand seeking a Private Client Advisor to promote high-end products to existing and prospective high net-worth clients. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, building relationships with top clients, and enhancing the overall client experience in line with Fendi's luxury market positioning.

Responsibilities

Drive personal sales targets and achieve and grow high end penetration goal across all product categories while also ensuring an elevated client experience at all points of interactions with clients
Critical metric targets to be reviewed quarterly and annually, producing minimum 3+ million book
Build a balanced network and client book consisting of high-net worth clients
Collaborate with Store leaders and Client Relations & Development teams on high-end client retention & development strategies while identifying and recruiting new high potential prospects
Seek opportunities to increase your personal knowledge & that of the wider team in all high-end product categories, Fendi history, our competitors, and company information regarding new product launches
Proactively look outside the business, to alternative sectors for opportunities to grow the store's network of high-end clients and identify standard methodologies from across the luxury industry
Mentor the store teams with growing their book of high-end clients and always help support their colleagues on elevating the client experience
Collaborate with the Store team in crafting occasions to bring top Clients to the boutiques & host events to further drive potential sales and/or increase brand dedication
Exercise independent judgement and discretion in crafting strategies to build and maintain a book of VICs; identify their preferences; follow-up on inquiries and concerns, communicate regularly with clients to maintain and grow their relationships
Develop our top VICs and provide private client services through in person/virtual appointment-based selling, wardrobing and experiences with the goal of continuously delivering above their expectations
Act as Fendi host during store events an outstanding client experiences for individual clients and on occasion for other stores
Stay ahead of the latest fashion trends, new products, and external events in order to have significant conversations with our clients
Follow all company policies and procedures and partner with Leadership on client situations that explain being considered as an exception
As a teammate, be open & available to support the business's objectives and events, be available to assist colleagues in their roles as and when needed
Develop an excellent knowledge of the local city including top restaurants, cultural events & occasions to help advise clients on experiences they may like to try

Qualification

Luxury retail experienceSales track recordPOS system proficiencyForeign language skillsDigital literacyOrganizational skills

Required

Minimum 5 years' experience, luxury retail preferred
Proven track record in developing authentic and positive relationships with clients and continuously remaining curious to anticipate their future desires and needs
Confirmed sales track record of minimum 3-million-dollar sales with strong penetration of high-end product
Ability to use POS system and its inventory management functions
Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
Ability to lift boxes / weight up to 10lbs
Minimum High School Diploma
Organizational and strong digital literacy required
Must have flexible availability, some nights, weekends, and holidays

Preferred

RTW experience preferred
Foreign language skills are a plus
