Incubatenergy Labs Program Associate
The Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI) is seeking a Program Associate to support Incubatenergy Labs®, an industry-leading technology demonstration program that connects early-stage startups with energy utilities. The role involves assisting in program delivery, collaborating with various stakeholders, and managing project activities to facilitate the testing and validation of new technologies.

Responsibilities
Supporting technical searches and analysis for project teams
Conducting research as directed by the project manager
Working under general supervision
Assisting with IEL program operations, including challenge definition, startup scouting, technical review, demonstration planning, and sharing results
Helping manage timelines, meeting materials, communications, and internal reporting
Preparing program communications and supporting event coordination for Pitch Day and Demo Day
Collaborating with EPRI teams, utility members, and startups to ensure smooth program execution
Conducts technical searches and analyzes technical information in support of the project team
May conduct research at the direction of the project manager
Work is performed under general supervision
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in a technical field or equivalent experience required
Interest in emerging technologies and power sector innovation
Strong project coordination and organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Excellent communication skills for supporting cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
Experience coordinating events, including logistics and communications for both virtual and in-person settings
Comfortable with data analysis and reporting, and able to quickly learn new tools and systems
Preferred
Experience in startups or corporate innovation is a plus
