Program Management Manager - Level 5

Responsibilities
Directing proposal development and work‑statement creation for aircraft, weapons, flight‑test and sustainment contracts
Evaluating and executing Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Direct Commercial Sale (DCS) business decisions
Coordinating with subcontractors and Lockheed Martin partners to secure and integrate new business opportunities
Managing Basic Ordering Agreements (BOA) for spares and repair services throughout the contract lifecycle
Providing strategic oversight of capture activities to ensure alignment with customer requirements and program objectives
Qualification
Required
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access
The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start
Deep experience in aerospace capture cycles
Proposal management experience
International sales experience
Ability to navigate customer requirements
Ability to navigate regulatory constraints
Ability to navigate partner ecosystems
Preferred
Master's Degree
Program/Project management experience and/or training
Foreign Military Sales or Commercial Program Experience
EVMS Experience
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
Ability to interface and interact with all levels of organization
Working knowledge of SAP & Supply Chain Management Processes
