Responsibilities
Oversee two of our unique assets totaling 600+ units
Responsible for the financial performance of the assets
Leadership, mentoring and development of staff
Ensuring all operations are within our standards of safety, high quality customer service and efficient operations
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years' experience in residential property management
Experience managing an asset(s) with a minimum of 400 units total or multiple assets
Strong track record of success in rent collection and achieving budgeted NOI
Strong leadership and change management skills
Excellent communication (both verbal and written) skills
Strong organizational skills
Strong analytical skills
Strong financial management skills
Ability to create an employee environment of accountability, engagement, and empowerment
