Responsibilities
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with customer returned customer products, ensuring timely and accurate repairs
Maintain detailed records of repairs, including parts used, labor time, and customer interactions
Perform tests & quality checks on repaired products to ensure they meet company standards and customer expectations
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
Qualification
Required
AA or AS Degree
Ability to test and troubleshoot to component level
Experience working with digital and analog circuits and audio and video systems
Ability to read and understand schematics/drawings
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong attention to detail, highly organized, computer literate
Ability to work well in a fast-paced professional office environment
