Aerospace Customer Service Representative

Ascentec Engineering is a growing company in the aerospace industry located in Dallas, Oregon. They are seeking an Aerospace Customer Service Representative to synchronize the ERP system with the customer portal, coordinate job movement within production, and ensure on-time deliveries for customer orders.

Responsibilities

Prepares and updates daily schedules for resource groups
Work with the customer portal to align customer needs to the orders within Ascentec's ERP system
Interact with production departments to expedite/de-expedite customer requirements
Communicate schedule improvements/delays to customer through reports and customer portals
Coordinate work orders in process
Ensure on-time deliveries for all acknowledged and confirmed POs
Communicate discrepancies and potential schedule misses to customer
Support the overall health and improvement of the ERP system
Support Material Review Board (MRB) process with appropriate response to issues with internal and supplier quality
Support New Product Introduction (NPI)

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent
One year of experience in production, scheduling, or customer service
Ability and desire to perform complex problem solving
Strong analytical, statistical and critical thinking skills
Excellent skills in interpersonal relationships, communication and teamwork
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to speak and communicate effectively with both senior management and production
Work independently and possess a high level of self-motivation and initiative

Applicant must be able to pass a drug screen and criminal background check prior to employment
To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) you must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree in Business/Supply and Logistics Management
Advanced experience with MS Excel and MS Word
Advanced knowledge of Epicor ERP preferred (or equivalent advanced knowledge of a comparable ERP software)
