Responsibilities
Hire, train, coach, and lead the Sales Team to provide support for customers
Develop and implement lead generation strategies to meet business goals and streamline processes. Ensure lead follow up is timely
Answer and guide the sales team through difficult calls or issues to diffuse customer escalations. Resolve escalated issues as needed
Lead team meetings and provide clear expectations of best practices and goals
Support team by assisting as needed on projects and daily tasks
Researches and stays current regarding competitor services. Maintains awareness of competition and trends affecting the industry
Develops strategies and goals based on changing market conditions and customer needs
Qualification
Required
Sales Brokerage And/or Waste Industry Sales Experience
Ability to mentor a team that provides excellent customer solutions and service
Experience in hiring, training, coaching, and leading a sales team
Ability to develop and implement lead generation strategies
Experience in managing customer relationships
Ability to resolve escalated customer issues
Experience in conducting team meetings and setting clear expectations
Knowledge of competitor services and industry trends
Ability to develop strategies and goals based on market conditions and customer needs
