Responsibilities
Manage routine account maintenance, including order processing, contract documentation, and tracking deliverables to ensure they meet client quality standards
Act as a responsive primary point of contact for daily client inquiries, resolving issues promptly and escalating complex problems to the KAM when necessary
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and account metrics. Use tools like Excel or Power BI to generate actionable reports on account performance and revenue trends for stakeholders
Support the development and implementation of strategic account plans, including conducting market research to identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities
Lead cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, and logistics departments to ensure seamless service delivery aligned with client objectives
Organize and facilitate client meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes, and presentations
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of experience in a client-facing, sales support, or administrative role
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel for pivot tables) and familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot
Produce Pro proficiency is highly desired
Strong verbal and written communication abilities are essential for building trust with high-level stakeholders
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment
