Responsibilities

Manage and maintain our CRM and prospect database
Support outbound outreach efforts via email and LinkedIn
Engage and qualify inbound and outbound leads across sports and music organizations
Collaborate with marketing on paid social campaigns (Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat)
Assist with campaign performance tracking, reporting, and optimization
Support sales opportunities from initial outreach through deal close
