Responsibilities
Preparation and review of site drawings and plans
Review of the content and details of technical products
Acting as a technical interface to Missile Defense National Team (MDNT) working level counterparts, and the MDA customer
Document work to be completed via Agile methodologies, update as required and work with team leadership on work completion
Develop Basis of Estimates (BOE) and Engineering Estimates (EE) providing hours estimates and justification to complete along with install material estimates
Control and manage all drawings for the program
Completing required documentation and drawings in accordance with Systems and/or Hardware Engineer direction
Work with fielding and mission success organizations to ensure timely and accurate documentation
Qualification
Required
The ability to work on multiple projects concurrently in a teaming environment and require limited guidance
Knowledge of engineering concepts, principles, and techniques
Proficient in Microsoft Visio (other, equivalent professional drawing programs desired)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Strong understanding of drafting and hardware engineering standards
A basic understanding of networks (VLANs, switch stacking, routers, etc.)
Supporting engineering tasks in technical related meetings, configuration control, Bill of Material development
Provide drafting and design engineering during the system design, development and deployment activities
Control and manage all drawings for the program
Completing required documentation and drawings in accordance with Systems and/or Hardware Engineer direction
Work with fielding and mission success organizations to ensure timely and accurate documentation
Working knowledge of Agile methodologies
Previous experience in Systems Engineering/Hardware Engineering
Fluent in the Microsoft Office suite of products
Project management experience
Strong communication skills with a proactive mindset
C2BMC experience highly desired
